Caution….Quality and workmanship are terrible. Warranty process is even worse. Be careful before purchasing from this builder.. Highly recommend Highland Homes in same neighborhood for a superior product. Cracks in every piece of drywall meeting and exterior windows poorly installed. Will post more pics. Countertops and dishwasher already replaced in addition to incorrect installation of water lines for hot water heater. Gas meter replaced as original wasn’t sufficient for the house. Mrs. Harris is extremely professional, forthright, and explains every detail to make sure her buyers understand what’s going on. Personally, she made what should have been an extremely stressful and overwhelming process as smooth as can be. I never once felt overwhelmed or confused during the homebuying process.
