I'm deeply disappointed with Coventry Homes of Mansfield, Texas. It's clear that all they care about is their bottom line. They come into neighborhoods and completely disregard the community's DNA. Instead of fostering a sense of community, they disrupt it. They hastily put up temporary offices to push sales, leaving the neighborhood in disrepair and chaos. Starting with the young lady showing the model, 5 stars. Greeted the wife and I at the door, was professional, and knew the home and their offerings. Was genuine as can be. We went to view a home under contract. Models can lie, but the proof is in a finished home for sale. Goodness, this builder doesn't miss a detail. Plumb and squared. I studied industrial drafting for a couple of years and cranked out home plans before cad. Engineers scales, mech T-Squares. I look at the bones of a home and not the fluffy staging. My forever home is a Crockett being built by Coventry. I am very satisfied with the process so far and Brandy in the sales office has kept us up to date throughout the build process. Can’t wait to see the final result!
