My experience with this apartment complex was extremely disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and angry with the way I was treated by customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did some research and decided to seek out information regarding purchasing a home because I’d heard good things about the builder… never again will I consider buying from them. Upon entering, I received judgmental stares and short, irritated answers from the consultant. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly heartbroken by my experience with Coventry Homes. I’m a 26-year-old established business owner who makes a very good living. I’m simply looking for a beautiful home for my family, and I never imagined that experience would leave me feeling the way I did. Do not buy a Coventry Home! Very disappointed how they handle customer service issues. Definitely do not recommend. They have zero respect for new homeowners. Customer Satisfaction is not a priority. Beware.
