Do not buy a Coventry Home! Very disappointed how they handle customer service issues. Definitely do not recommend. They have zero respect for new homeowners. Customer Satisfaction is not a priority. Beware.
If anyone is planning to buy or build a home here, please avoid at all cost. They barely have any survaillance around the area and 12 homes were targeted with theft. The entire breaker panel and appliances were stolen. Now, the builder doesn't want to take any responsbility in fixing the situation. I even spoke to a neighbor that was building his home in the area, and during that period, he had his breaker panel stolen 3 times!!
