Our experience buying our first home was horrible. To start Diana was one of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. She was rude to us at every interaction we had with her. At one point she even told me that we didn't have to buy the house and we should be grateful for the credits we were given toward closing. They wanted us to close on a Friday which was pushed to the following Wednesday. At this point our house still wasn't completed but against our better judgement we closed.
