UPDATE: 4/19/24 Since writing this review, Coventry reached out to me via their district manager Matt. He came over to look at my issues and reassured me things would be fixed. He took photos and told me this would make good training examples. Not sure how to feel about that but regardless he said he’d reach back out. I’ve left 3 voicemails, 2 messages at his office, and 2 emails. Haven’t heard back and at this point I’m convinced Coventry doesn’t want anything to do with me. I do like my house. But good luck if you have warranty issues. They use every excuse to get out of actually doing the work.
