Built my home in 2022 and so far my house has been great. It took longer than expected (7-8 months) but the builder helped us with incentives. First time home buyer and our sales person walked us through the entire process.

I will start off by saying that this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a builder. To provide context, I’m getting a home built almost exactly like the model and wanted to view it as Meridiana is the only sub-vision with the model and upgrades that I selected, or else I wouldn’t have driven over an hour to see it! I appreciate the professional attention Anita provided us. She answered our questions and offered solutions that made sense to us in building the right home for our family.
I have nothing but good things to say about Anita Gonzalez. She is nothing but professional and I have referred several of my friends to her (which is saying a lot coming from me). If it was not for Anita I probably would have lost the home I was purchasing from Coventry and my earnest money due issues with the initial sale of my house. Anita and Coventry went above and beyond for me in a market that definitely favored them and not me. Thanks again!
