I purchased a new house from Coventry Homes (builder) in 2023. The pump stopped working in the first month. And our neighbor told us that the pump alarm rang even before we moved in. We also remembered that the home inspector told us that the pump had alarm during the inspection. But the sales person explained that it was temporary situation. Coventry construction workers have disconnected our gas pipe line TWICE while working on the plot next door, putting us in an emergent and dangerous situation and we have tried contacting them by email, voicemail, showed up at their model home and no one has ever responded. This is absolutely ridiculous - suing is our next step. DO NOT WORK with these individuals or buy from them as they have no regard for humanity.
We considered building a home in Lago Vista, but it wasn’t until we met with Elizabeth Northcutt that we knew Coventry was the right home builder for us. I’ve never worked with anyone who cares so deeply about her customer satisfaction. Even though we signed the contract close to the worse possible time, at the height of supply shortages, Liz was able to advise us on every single detail of the home.
