Don't buy Coventry. They have been bought out by Dream Finder homes and now build crappy, poor quality homes. They rush you through walk-thru, don't believe in doing blue tape walk-thrus then after you close on your house, they won't do anything to fix things. I had a broken shower pan - who misses that??? I bought my home in November 2022. It has yet to be fixed!!!! Avoid Coventry at all costs!!
