I am extremely disappointed with Coventry Homes regarding the construction quality of my driveway and their subsequent handling of the warranty. The image clearly shows the current state of the concrete slab, which is already plagued by extensive pitting, scaling, and surface degradation. My experience with Coventry Homes has been extremely disappointing, both during and after the sales process. From the moment the contract was signed, the salesperson completely changed his behavior. Requests that were clearly mentioned in the contract were ignored, and any attempt to discuss or follow up on them was brushed off. The builder Cole was awesome to work with, super knowledgeable and great with updates! We had some nerves going in but he made everything really stress free. Beautiful home!
Edit: Response to Coventry’s comment. Developer built the retaining wall but Coventry is responsible for installing the fence. Coventry failed to follow the fence post depth & spacing code during installation. ======= DO NOT BUY FROM COVENTRY. THEY VIOLATE CITY CODE. My fence tipped over bringing down the retaining wall. Upon inspection it looks like the builder has only set a 9 inch footing for fence posts.
