I absolutely would not recommend purchasing a home here. There are so many issues with these homes, it’s honestly ridiculous. The construction managers are beyond unprofessional. They’re slow to respond, dismissive, and show zero regard for your time or privacy. They’ve shown up to my home unannounced, without so much as a call or text. Travis, my original construction manager, actually bribed me for a good review in exchange for shelves, shelves I never received, and of course, I never heard from him again. Coventry Homes / Grand Mission Estates allows their construction workers disturb the peace every single day of the week all day long, anywhere from 7 AM until 6 or 6:30 PM. Several complaints have been made since Jan. & as it is going on the loudest ever since 7:30AM on a Saturday, was told there's no law for loud music & deal with it until around Sept when they're done building. First time doing business with this builder and I'm impressed they are building my house made changes to the floor plan no problem
