Just purchased a new home and it was rushed to be completed. The construction manager did not communicate well. The overall quality of the build is something an amateur could do. They are subpar homes with a superior price. Do not recommend!!
Worst decision of our lives was buying a Coventry home. They talk a good game and have good looking model homes. But, had issues during the entire build. After moving in, we had approx 18 warranty visits, 9 of these visits were from the AC company. The ac is still not working properly and they refuse to fix it. An HVAC engineer said the system was undersized, as well as one of the techs that came. But he told us "you didn't hear that from me". Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmesha one of the sales counselors in the community. She was very welcoming during our preview tour. In the Escondido Community Coventry has beautiful affordable luxury homes. My favorite part of the tours was the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The primary bedroom and bathroom was nice too. The setting area in the primary bedroom with bay windows was really nice. It allows a lot of natural light to flow in the primary bedrooms.
