Builder needs to take some lessons on building homes. I just left a customer that had an electrical issue and I went to see what was going on and the hot wire was left bare in a metal pancake box touching the metal so when the customer flipped on the switch it electrified the fan of the homeowner would have touched the metal chain to turn on the light or fan it would have electrocuted the home owner! The company will not let you see the blue print and will keep it close to their chest. I am trying to do some renovation and all I needed to know is how they framed the backyard patio wall so I can have my engineer design the the rest. Everyone gives boilerplate robotic answers and no one cares to help. You would think that if you paid several hundred thousand to have your home built, you could see your blue print! NOT with Coventry Homes.
