As a military veteran and military spouse I am appalled by this builder. American flag was not flown at half mass all week, even after calls to remind them to put flag at half mass. After buying, very poor communication with our realtor. The pools are never clean and the restrooms are always disgusting even after numerous complaints are sent in.
My wife, me & our dog visited while we were in town. This is a brand new community still being developed. The house plans are well thought out. There is a variety of sizes and locations within the planned area. This will be very convenient to transit to and from San Antonio and metro area. There is still farm and ranch land . I live next door to a Coventry home being built. Your builders are stealing my water. I caught them at it yesterday but they have been doing it for weeks as I found the spigot left on two weeks ago.
We Had a great experience collaborating with Coventry Homes in Davis Ranch to construct my home last year. They delivered on all their promises. Now, in our second year in our home, we couldn't be happier. As a Realtor with construction expertise, I highly recommend them. If you seek an affordable builder that meets deadlines, Coventry Homes is the way to go. P.S. We opted for the Woodlake floor plan, a perfect two-story home with a spacious living room featuring high ceilings.
