Alif was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision about building with Coventry - dropping everything to make sure we had the chance to see all floor plans we were considering in person, understood structural options for each, and had as much information as possible about lot selection to make sure we’d get what we needed. He is transparent, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. Can’t recommend him enough!
Coventry used to have a good name but it's slowly dying down because of their lacking workmanship and detail in their new homes and the warranty process. When they sell you the home they'll say it's e2e for a year and the minute you sign that contract, it's all done. Don't expect any warranty requests to be completed as they'll always find an excuse leaving you with a damaged very expensive home. They don't have a good ticketing system. Alif was very patient, helpful, and attentive during our visit to Cambridge Crossing. He was a delight to work with, and he is the type to go above and beyond required duties. He warmly welcomed us into the Coventry model home, offered us chocolate, and gave us a thorough and engaging presentation on Celina and the community.He’s exceptionally knowledgeable about the city and the North Texas suburbs. So I closed on my home recently recently. Recently meaning December 17 of 2024 and our builders are Jaret and sales is Beth and I’m completely disappointed because our sales agent is rude, We’ve been having communication issues with her. She’s very nonresponsive. Now our builder… I don’t know who put him in charge, but it was hard getting things fixed in our home and did one rushed walk-through Nothing was fixed.
