Overpriced !
I thought building house was one of the most memorable experience but Coventry homes kind of ruined that for me. Firstly, they delayed the house by almost 8 months but with current market I understand that however I felt their communication regarding that was pathetic though. When we were ready to close the house I had flooring issues( White stains throughout the house.) I had pointed this out before closing and we have emails where they stated they will take care of it. I am highly disappointed with the sales person (Beth Tuscher). We had appointment with her at 3:00pm and because we flew all the way from NJ just to see the house we really liked but due to our delayed flight we couldn’t reach on time and she was extremely rude to us and seems like she didn’t have even courtesy to ask if we like the house.
