Well I live in the model so....
Very much disappointed with Coventry. Nothing ever gets done with the warranty. We have been trying to get things done since year and half and now have to invest more in getting the unfinished work done before our move. So many construction managers have changed and none was able to complete things. It’s not warranty, this is something was wasn’t done while closing and was promised they do it in 1-2 weeks after we close. lol it’s been year and half
