I sure hate calling 2-3 times per month, faxing the referrals over and over, writing letters to get my claims paid correctly. I am Still waiting on claims dated Jan 12 to now to be corrected. When you pay for a policy that's $1100/month you expect better service than this. Very frustrating to be wasting my time doing my insurance companies job.
How can you basically rape your customers like you are going into this new year? I've been a coventry member for 5 years now and have never had a problem until now. I went from paying $25 a month for my sons medication to almost $300 with no other option than to pay a $6000 deductible BEFORE insurance will help out. That's not including the $177 a month you're going to be taking out of my paychecks every month! If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere!
How does an ad like this even get out of an initial brainstorm? I work in the industry and my colleagues and I are appalled at so much about this ad. Where are the checks and balances? Who is driving this creative? And who is asleep at the wheel at the company who would approve this creative? Get yourself a new agency because it's well past the day where this even begins to be acceptable.
I think that my doctor, who is part of the Femwell group, is more important to me than your insurance company.
