INFESTED. Have constant bug infestations which is insane because we keep our place clean! Maintenance keeps closing tickets without doing anything and then finally schedules an exterminator to come out a week after the issue became bad. I've been biten up like crazy by ants and have had roach issues in the bathroom for weeks and weeks.
At first, this place was really nice. The management was amazing. The neighbors were nice. Everything went downhill once the management was changed. There is one specific person me and my sister both had some issues with. I don’t remember her name, but it was an older black woman. She generally just had an attitude that said she didn’t care about what you were saying.
