After doing some research, it is very obvious that this property was experiencing a vast amount of negative reviews over the course of the year. Then all of a sudden, an abundance of new “5 star” reviews are posted in the matter of a month where all of them are praising property management and not the property itself. There has clearly some sort of transactional incentive given to tenants to post positive feedback in any way due to the property failing its constituents.
