because of issues coming up unexpectedly, i ended up calling this location on a whim basically desperate to be seen immediately. the doctor was so straightforward and kind and was willing to see me the same day. he offered a procedure prior to surgery that was never even suggested before which may cut down the healing time post surgery. above all- nancy the woman at the front desk bent over backwards and i am so grateful she picked up the phone! i wouldn’t have gotten through today without her and she just made the entire ex... read more

Very displeased. Never told me about my x-rays, didn't say anything about a follow-up. I called many times. Left messages. Finally someone told me after 3 weeks waiting. Make a follow up. When I call no one mentioned the follow up. Even when I called 4xs. Asking about my results.

I am currently 12 weeks post ankle surgery, in which Dr. Overley repaired damaged connective tissues, and created a deeper groove in the bone. I have nothing bad to say about this entire office, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Overley himself; everybody here was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. I have a genetic connective tissue disorder, and Dr. Overley was very understanding and respectful of my concerns and my post-surgical care.
