Finding an apartment is already hard enough and the management here made it even harder for us. First we had booked a tour on zillow to look at their sister property The Bing and we had trouble finding the office for the tour so we call and the lady on the phone says there aren’t even any apartments available, without even redirecting us to The Crosby or any of their other properties trying to help us with our journey. Melissa at the leasing office was so kind, helpful, and professional. She knew what she was doing and got me in and out. Go see her today! Well A LOT has changed since this review. I couldn't tell you who the property manager/leasing agent is. They have a revolving door at this point and there has been ZERO communication about it. I would NOT recommend living here any longer.
Very excited about moving in and joining the community, Appears to be a nice quiet place.
