I love this store for the beautiful things they sell, the customer service is always the best, and I can always find a unique and special items to purchase!
Always a great experience in this store. My go-to is the Berkshire location. Love how they have a great selection of Vera Bradley, Alex and Ani bangles and other new brands, like the Mantra bands. Usually stop by every year for last minute Christmas shopping. Helpful staff and I enjoy the complimentary wrap!

A little while ago I got a Pandora ring as a gift, the size was too big so I brought it back to the store in the Coventry mall to have it exchanged. They didn't have my size in stock and said they would order it but it was take a few days to arrive. A few hours later I got a call that someone had delivered it from their other store and I was able to go pick it up! I did not expect for them to do that for me! Thanks again! Love this store!
