If I could give it zero stars and still leave a review, I would. I’ve shopped here for a few years, it was my go-to for Alex and Ani, Vera and Lilly Pulitzer but I will no longer be shopping here after today’s experience. Every time I shop by myself, I’m never approached or asked if I need assistance. The first time I bring my boyfriend in the store with me, (he is of color) I’m approached, asked what I’m doing and then followed throughout the store while being watched like a hawk. No wonder people shop online This is the second time I have been in this store and got no customer service. This store has unique gifts but good luck getting help. i eventually found what I was Looking for but doubt I will give them a third try
Make sure you get there a few minutes before closing. They are locked up and cleaning at the time they say they close. I think their clocks are fast!!
Their employees are not trained well and each one tells you something different. I was double charged for an item. The cashier had no fight to charge me for an item that was prepaid. When I called to get it corrected, I was told no one could help. No managers were in the store. If I could rate this store zero, I would.
The Coventry Mall location is fantastic!! Their employees are eager to help and are very knowledgeable on all thier products!!!
