I shop in here alot with my friend and every time we leave we always talk about how Rude the staff is.. it is like they are stuck up.. better than you.. they crinkle their noses up at you and they are actually quite Rude right to your face... we even caught them whispering behind my back the one day because I wanted to wear my new uggs out of the store.. I am definitely in love with the products they sell not the staff... they need to check their selves and realize that they are not very nice.
I had a great experience at the Coventry Corners in Pottstown. I came in with three children under 6 years old and was served exceptionally. Donna offered my children chocolate chip cookies while I was being helped by Rachel. They were super nice and very helpful.
