Let's just talk about this place really quickly! What a store!!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with nothing but hospitality. I inquired about ring cleaning and they provide it as a complimentary service, WOW! My ring came back looking 10x better and super sparkly! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique gift and a great atmosphere to shop!

I love this store and the new location! I came in with a recently exchanged pandora bracelet that was way too big. I thought it was impossible to exchange it again. Skylar and Nicole made it happen! I'm so happy I have a bracelet that fits! Thank you!!!

Coventry Corners never disappoints me. I truly appreciate their "putting the customer first " philosophy. I can always find what I am looking for and something for myself too. The associates are the best. And Megan, the VP, I don't think she ever sleeps. No matter the time I ask her a question, by facebook, she always quickly responds. I recently was at the Berkshire Mall location and received horrible customer service. There were three women working behind the Alexi & Ani counter and it felt like I was interrupting them taking to ask a question. They were very rude and looked at me like how dare I interrupt their conversation to ask a question. Never going back.
