I just moved in 6/1/24 very quiet I love my apartment. My neighbors are very nice. The Staff property manager and the assistant manager are very passionate about their tenants they will go over and beyond to accommodate anyone's needs. Maintenance is awesome the heavy hitters one call that's all. The property complex is very clean and well kept up. I am new to this area and I am very impressed. They don't pay their bills! If your air goes out, they will only replace it with a window unit. My grandmother has been without air for 1 week. Due to the Apts having a outstanding balance with the HVAC whose locked the unit outside so you can't even call for outside help. They would rather you be miserable; this is the most GHETTO complex to date! Neighbors have bugs that go through the vents and drains into other apts. Do not MOVE HERE! Go to shelter instead if desperate.
