apartment was not ready upon move-in. management agreed to move the lease date back a day. fast forward to a couple days before I think I'm supposed to move out and the office is calling why I haven't moved out yet. when I explained the situation, the lady at the office said corporate was asking her why I wasn't out and that I needed to be out. so instead of letting them know that they made a mistake, they placed all of the blame on me and forced me to pay extra since I obviously couldn't take time off work to move out on th... read more
RecommendedMy husband and I lived at The Coventry for 3 years. It was wonderful. The staff were friendly and treated you like family. It was a very nice community. We only moved due to combining households. If it weren’t for my own life circumstances, I would still be living there.
Great location. The handy-woman is fantastic. The management in the office is poor. The manager Heather is not professional and will talk over you and may downgrade you. She also would not honor the $250 deposit when you relocate so don't expect to get that back. She made up an excuse that the money went for the rent even though we paid all months' rent on the FIRST day!
Our experience with The Coventry has been wonderful. The staff has always helpful and friendly, ready to answer any questions. Jesse was wonderful to work with setting up the lease. Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. The apartment is in great shape and very cute. I searched for months for a good complex for our college son. So far, Coventry and the staff have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend The Coventry Apartments.

The leasing staff are amazing! They keep you well informed and always professional. They keep it 100% and try to get you the best deal if the apartment is running any specials. As far as amenities everything is clean and organized. Great for students and families alike. Shout out to Ty you the best!
