They saved my dog baley yesterday with intestinal surgery. I know hes not out of the woods yet but they took great care of him at 1/3 of the cost of ocean state emergency. The staff is courtious and the facility is new and clean. I would highly recommend this business to any pet owner
Today was my first time seeing Dr. Wietsma and I had an amazing experience. The reception staff here is great, on the phone and in person. The office itself is warm and welcoming, and immaculate and clean. I was seen by Matt, the vet tech, right away and didn't wait long at all. My pet parrot, Mango, was treated with such respect and concern. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and I left feeling like my concerns about my bird's health were important to the staff. The past few months have been very difficult for our boy Congo from an intestinal blockage to an abdominal infection and now heart worms. I couldn't be happier to know that I have him under the best care of Dr. Lester and Dr Wietsma and all the staff at Coventry Animal Hospital. Thanks for never giving up and always being so patient and kind!
Dr Wietsma is great Thank you from Sarge and Midnight Run rescue....we had a strange bout the other night at 5:30ish from the heart worm treatment...Dr Wietsma got right on the phone and helped me out amazingly...a quick ride for meds and Sage is doing great...Thank you again...
As a volunteer at Foster Parrots/New England Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary, I have met Dr. Wietsma and know what wonderful care he provides to the sanctuary residents. Today, however, I traveled almost an hour and a half for my first appointment with one of my own birds. Dr. Wietsma took the time to explain to me what he was doing and answer all of my questions. Love this place. Dr. Lester is the best! Everyone that works here is so great to deal with. Reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
