Thank you so much Dr. Mellinger for saving our weekend getaway! I was reminded of our ardent appreciation for Covenant MD this morning, while visiting our previous family practice for some immunizations our insurance has been fickle about covering through Covenant MD. After waiting 50 minutes to be called back, I asked the desk worker about the delay, which prompted her to remember that the physician we were scheduled to see (and had received text and phone reminders about seeing) was actually on vacation! I have never experienced having a doctor who spends more than 20 minutes with me, if even that. But moreso, I recommend CovenantMD because the entire staff values each patient, listens patiently, and is tenacious in resolving our issues.
Very knowledgeable doctor and nurse. Always feel that they listen to my concerns and never feel rushed. Very caring atmosphere. Never a wait, always seen right away and on time. Someone from the staff is always available to handle off hour questions and emergencies. I would highly recommend this practice.
Our family has been with CovenantMD for less than 2 months. So far our son has needed emergency stitches, and my husband has had impressive success with their health class & weight loss help. Dr. Rohal and Nurse Hannah Barry are so kind and personable, we feel like we've known them much longer than we have. Our kids love them, we love them- you will too!
Dr. Rohal is the doctor you've always heard of but never found. He cares for his patients and his office is a warm familial atmosphere. You won't go wrong joining this amazing unique direct primary care team.
