Really enjoyed 2 years I stayed here. Would give more stars if I could! It was my first time I could actually trust that they cared about their residents as I am used to other rental companies quick to rip off college students. Great neighborhood and very responsive and fantastic staff.
Lived here for two years— would not recommend. I had constant issues: mice got into my closet and destroyed my belongings, the apartment flooded three separate times, and my AC broke during my first year. On top of that, there were loud neighbors upstairs, mold growing in the ceiling, and my bike was stolen. To be fair, the maintenance staff was responsive and helpful — but they were the only good part. Everything else made living here a miserable experience.
I've lived here for two years. I can literally hear everything my upstairs neighbors do! Looking back at past reviews. This has been an ongoing problem at this apartment complex for years and nothing has been done to insulate the ceilings against sound. Also, I've had an issue with mice.
I have been living here for two years and just renewed my lease for a third year. Overall I love it. The office and maintenance staff is kind, communicates well, and is prompt. Every issue I’ve had (from dishwasher not working to accidentally auto paying rent twice) has been quickly and politely handled. It’s a super convenient location and the spaces are nice and clean. I waited until after I moved out and got my security deposit back to leave this review, and I'm excited to write it! After having lived in multiple apartments, I can happily say choosing Covenanter was the best decision of my entire college career. I can't believe I wasted my time at other apartments! The apartments here are gorgeous, super cozy-- they're not like the soulless modernized ones that make you feel like you're living in a hospital.
