The WORST! On site mgr is seldom available, drug & alcohol use apparent, rents are broken, annual rent increases reach 10%, visit neighbor communities and ask their opinion to the ongoing code and police issues. Tenants are ignored when maintenance requests are rendered. The on-site mgr SS has a questionable and unstable employment history. Homeless persons live on site, and discrimination is clear. I usually don’t write reviews but I strongly the need to about this place. Management has proven to be unprofessional only bullying a certain group of residents in Wagner creek. Many people who do not reside in the building continue to park inside of the parking garage without a parking decal leaving no parking spaces for the actual residents.
