Cons- everything Pros- the people seem nice and helpful. I'm sure all of the executives, salesman, and the how do you do office folks earn a good living off the backs of the drivers. I'm pretty sure not one of those pretty office people are welling to stay in those and eat that food. They couldn't even afford an actual fitted sheet for the beds. My husband is being out there for two week siting in that truck doing nothing for almost 2 weeks. Always a new excuse. not loads provided for 24 hours, they had scheduled a pick up in the morning for the eod 11pm and 10:30 pm load was cancel it. A new load was given to him and his partner next day morning to pick up at 7:00pm. Two day waiting after a week of $300 paycheck. Crazy how this truck companies play with people and families. Pros: Pay Cons: Quality of employees to team up with is crap (second chance company) Training center food is trash Trainer feet Stank you get stuck with them for 145 hours… Sleeping/ living in a moving truck is not for everybody please do your research before signing a contract with this company! Plan ahead my trainer only stopped at the TA locations and the food choices are unhealthy makes sense why truck drivers are obese and have health problems.
