RecommendedA great doctor and staff.
My husband was in the waiting room for hours waiting for his ex-wife to have her angiogram. The staff knew he was there but never came to tell him that she had come through just fine. While in the waiting room, there was a family waiting on someone. They had their children there, they were very loud, changing diapers and leaving the diapers (nasty ones) open on the floor. How disgusting is that. My husband had to call to find out about ex-wife. Covenant stinks, I guess we won't be referring Covenant to anyone soon.
RecommendedIn my opinion they have the best staff I have ever seen! I have traveled a lot and been in different hospitals. Susan and the management of the Lab are outstanding. They really care about their patients and you do not get that every where. My daughter had her blood drawn and Susan got it on the first try and my daughter said she didn't even feel it! The hospital in north New Mexico always took 7 or 8 tries and told us that she had hard to find veins. The Emergency Room in the hospital in North New Mexico did the same thing t... read more
The only time I went to the emergency room I was seen immediately. I was not made to wait hours and hours. Same thing with my daughter's visit. And now the oldest is a nurse at Covenant and so they are so lucky to have her
RecommendedWe had a family member pass away in the SICU last night. The nurses, charge nurses, PA and everyone were absolutely the kindest most giving people ever. Our nurse Monique worked so so hard to do what she could all night with a ending we didn’t want but still she tried hours and hours. I could not say enough about the wonderful care my Grandpa received. Thank you. Being an UMC employee I am so grateful to be apart of the healthcare community and even more grateful that I know either hospital will most definitely give the best... read more
RecommendedGreat staff...Dr.'s, nurses and even the staff up front! They were very caring and even took into consideration how nervous my daughter was feeling. Great people.
