My husband and I paid for unit #110 @ this facility online on 03/09/ 23 @ 11:16 PM. We had a U-Haul truck with a deadline to empty and return the truck. When we got there, there was a lock on the unit. We spoke to a lady who was vacuuming out a car behind the front building. She said they had sold the storage business and to call the # on the sign. We called every # we could and left messages per the recording. It is now & no one has called us back.....We then had to rent with another more expensive company on the fly in ord... read more

Extremely efficient staff to work with to get unit and check in. Great value and locally owned amongst a lot of new builds in area. Would highly recommend.
