The COVENANT SECURITY technician, Mica, was extremely polite, helpful, and patient. He walked thru the house looking at my previous system,& explained how Covenant would set it up a bit differently for me, but it would be just as effective. He patiently explained how to operate my panel, and Fallon, the office manager, explained the different ways I could handle payment options. All employees of Covenant have been helpful & pleasant! The team is super knowledgeable and was able to set me up with a great system and very quickly. Install was perfect and they helped me setup everything for monitoring. I can’t wait to work with them more in the future. Highly recommend
We recently had outdoor cameras installed at our home. We were very pleased with Chris and his crew. They were very polite and conscientious about coming in and out of our home! They walked us through using the app and showed us how to keep an eye on things. I would highly recommend Covenant Security to anyone looking for a security and/or camera system.
I started service with Covenant Security Surveillance today and was most impressed with the four technicians that showed up on time and were very professional from arrival to departure. Kudos to Don, Jason, Chris and particularly Micah who patiently walked me through the technical aspects of the equipment and app setups/ usage. Having served in the USAF for over 20 years he is the type young man that would soar through the ranks. Thanks for the great service and I’m in hopes it will continue moving forward!
Super pleased with our experience with this company. The owner Scott came out to assess the job and tell us what we needed. Kasi (not sure of her title, so we’ll call her the office guru) she orders everything and gets things done. Fallon the job coordinator manages all the scheduling and helps you set up your apps and is very nice and helpful.
