I started service with Covenant Security Surveillance today and was most impressed with the four technicians that showed up on time and were very professional from arrival to departure. Kudos to Don, Jason, Chris and particularly Micah who patiently walked me through the technical aspects of the equipment and app setups/ usage. Having served in the USAF for over 20 years he is the type young man that would soar through the ranks. Thanks for the great service and I’m in hopes it will continue moving forward!
Super pleased with our experience with this company. The owner Scott came out to assess the job and tell us what we needed. Kasi (not sure of her title, so we’ll call her the office guru) she orders everything and gets things done. Fallon the job coordinator manages all the scheduling and helps you set up your apps and is very nice and helpful. Excellent company! From the initial correspondence to the most recent interaction, every experience has been consistently professional, prompt, and thorough.
Very professional staff; punctual, courteous, setup and cleanup of work area was excellent; excellent communication skills, and explained app in detail. Overall experience is rated as excellent. Setup, on-line staff walked us throufg setup. Excellent services rendered.
Covenant gave us a competitive quote, set up our security cameras for our pool, gym and firepit area in our POA. They came and worked with us on installing the camera app on our President and Security Consultant's phones. They most recent came out to give us a new quote on a higher resolution camera and two more for our pool pavillion. We couldn't be more pleased with their service and support. Would recomment Covenant Security for all your needs.
