Jan's a great broker who works hard for her clients.. Highly recommended
Submitted an offer in writing on 3/26. It’s now 3/29 (3 days) and they have not submitted my offer to the seller. This is pure negligence and violation of NCREC. I have asked in writing 4 times that proof my offer was submitted be sent to me. I’ll be contacting NCREC to have this addressed as they are now unresponsive to my request. Do NOT trust this agency with your offer.
