DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE...... OR THEIR PROPERTY MANAGER JONI. My relative lives in one of their properties off Brownsboro Road and it's infested with bed bugs (Proven by an exterminator, whom said the infestation was there a long time ago and the property manager fired him ). They haven't lived there long and they are trying to blame it on them and newer tenants. They have been notified MULTIPLE times and are doing nothing about it. They are the definition of SLUM LORD!!!!!!!!!

Update. I moved out cause I didn't feel I should keep paying High Gouging rent. Joni Blake had the nerve to tell the other renters I left the Apartment in Horrible condition. I'll never understand how someone in mgt lies and starts trouble with other neighbors. That's shameful. Here are my moving out photos. I mopped, slept and vacuumed after 17 yrs and the last 3 yrs of HELL. I can't even post the pictures
Rent gouging every year 650$-800$ is HIGH WAY ROBBERY. They took over the Property maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Property Mgt is sad. Every year my rent has been going up. I ask Joni Blake can I talk to the Landlord she says no, I have to go thru her. My rent is going up more in February, and I want my apartment Remodel like the other units but if I do it's going up more.
