Bought a house to flip from Cory in 2023. He walked through the entire process, including suggestions for improvement for maximum ROI. Fantastic experience.
Gotta agree with the others, don’t rent from these people. The property manager was one of the most unprofessional, rude people I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They never fixed any maintenance issues and she had the nerve to bring her dog into my house during an inspection without asking. Absolutely deplorable.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE...... OR THEIR PROPERTY MANAGER JONI. My relative lives in one of their properties off Brownsboro Road and it's infested with bed bugs (Proven by an exterminator, whom said the infestation was there a long time ago and the property manager fired him ). They haven't lived there long and they are trying to blame it on them and newer tenants. They have been notified MULTIPLE times and are doing nothing about it. They are the definition of SLUM LORD!!!!!!!!!
