The service was good, they explained what they did, asked before proceeding with service, and explained the options to solve my plumbing issue. The price is high, but that's the cost of quality service. Was told I had a 2 year parts and labor warranty, so I can at least get someone back to fix what may have been missed the first time.
Cancels appointments on late Friday afternoon and doesn’t work weekends, forcing the need for an emergency plumber, extra expense, and complete distrust in their company.
I am very pleased with the installation of a new garbage disposal. The service provided was exceptional.
Once again, very impressed with covenant plumbing. They came out and looked at a tricky issue outside with our sump pump discharge pipe. Required not only some plumbing but also some physical labor like moving dirt, etc. Plumber came up with a good action plan. reviewed it with his bosses and then set up an appointment to come back. Price was reasonable for the amount of effort they had to put in for the solution required. Very, very friendly on time. Great communication will continue to use them in the future
Most impressed! We will continue w/Covenant. …a constantly running toilet fixed in less than 5 minutes! Same day of my call-they showed up within 4 hours! Super service!!!
