Dayton and Joe came out to address a drain problem. They diagnosed the issue as a main line clog so I paid $686.60 for a jetting service to my main line, calling it only a temporary solution and stating a $7,700 yard would be permanent one. When the initial fix failed, they returned and only partially succeeded in clearing the original drain as well as damaging my flooring in the process with their equipment. Another company was later brought in to properly resolve the issue. Highly dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend.
Friendly and professional service! We just had minor work done, but asked questions about other potential needs. We were provided requested information so that I could further research whole home water treatment. Our daughter recommended Covenant Plumbing and now I am recommending this company.
