While Dr. Osborne and his PA had incredible bedside manner and seemed very compassionate, the care I received or lack thereof is worth noting. They were the second orthopedic surgeon docs I went to after sustaining an injury at work due to overuse/trauma. I had virtually ZERO range of motion in my R shoulder/elbow, so I was happy they sent me to PT to get that motion back though. I called yesterday after being referred by several people this office and the first time I called it was he won’t see you because of your age the second time I called they were very short with me and told me I should just see if ufm would take me if you didn’t want me as a patient come out and say it.
After coming in for a follow up after dislocating my shoulder they said I needed a shoulder MRI this appointment was in mid December they didn't even forward the paperwork to anyone until mid March so my appointment is in mid May 5 whole months after the initial appointment they additionally simply took weeks to respond whenever anything was asked additionally several times we were forwarded to someone named Jamie and always got a full voice box.
