Dr Osborne is a wonderful doctor. I had shoulder replacement yesterday, Oct 9th. My nerve block wore off in the middle of the night, however, some discomfort, but with the ice bucket that was sent home with me, hopefully that will help! Staff on second floor of Covenant ambulatory were great!!! Surgical team were also reassuring.
While Dr. Osborne and his PA had incredible bedside manner and seemed very compassionate, the care I received or lack thereof is worth noting. They were the second orthopedic surgeon docs I went to after sustaining an injury at work due to overuse/trauma. I had virtually ZERO range of motion in my R shoulder/elbow, so I was happy they sent me to PT to get that motion back though. Always the best of the best services here. I praised Dr. Danielle Duncan. She is the best surgeon I know.
I called yesterday after being referred by several people this office and the first time I called it was he won’t see you because of your age the second time I called they were very short with me and told me I should just see if ufm would take me if you didn’t want me as a patient come out and say it.
