Slow service. Staff literally standing around talking about their personal lives while we sit and wait appointment was at 3 didn’t get seen til wayyyyy after.
Very rude and lazy employees!! The most unprofessional Covenant experience I've ever had!! Everyone standing around and gossiping...while we all are waiting over 4hrs just to pee in a cup...This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
