The receptionist was very friendly, the nurse attentive and empathetic to my visit in the urgent care. Lastly, Dr. Garret made the sick visit fast and with the right diagnosis to my visit.
Everyone at Covenant Urgent Care on Erskine and Frankfurt was so kind, helpful and understanding
Would not recommend going there, unless you need simple meds for something minor. Once I mentioned having anything to do with chest discomfort, they dismissed me and sent me to the ER. I have had times when I went to other urgent cares with similar symptoms and they were able to do an EKG, to rule out a cardiac episode to treat me with what was really going on. This clinic, does not care, they just want to prescribe antibiotics or send you somewhere else. Dr. Garrett did not seem to care my health.
