Arrived at 4:15pm and they refused to see my son although the posted hours of operations clearly state they are open until 5pm. Do better to serve the community!
Went in for my scheduled first appointment with Dr. Guardiola. He was sick which is fine I understand, but either let me see another doctor or a nurse practitioner. Don’t try to schedule me out another 2 months after I’ve already waited that long for this first appointment. Don’t recommend…
Went in this morning for stitches on my finger that I should have gone in yesterday evening for. Got good care, but got ABSOLUTELY NO DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS told me they were bikini my PCP, and then told me when I went up there demanding on how to know how to wash my hands with no finger I was told put it in a plastic bag and I would be fine, well I did that very carefully and secured the bag with a tight rubber band and my stitches got soaked and I woke up in throbbing pain... Thanks for nothing!
