The doctor and staff were all very nice and friendly.
Dr. Irving is wonderful at listening and addressing problems one by one. She inspires confidence that I have a true partner in my healthcare. She is also very personable and caring. Her office staff has been great.
Very disheartened. Called to establish care and saw good reviews so I called here. I waited on the line for 8 minutes and when they answered the lady seemed to not want to book someone with Medicaid. Immediately started telling me that I can’t do this or that with my Medicaid and drs don’t do this or that and are booked this far in advance. I told her nevermind and that I didn’t want to book because it didn’t seem like she wanted to add anyone else. Scheduling was easy and front desk and nursing assistants were very friendly. NP Reed was very thorough and addressed all my concerns.
