I went there originally for my epilepsy and since I do not have insurance I go through the "Epilepsy Foundation" (God bless this organization). However, my neurologist (like many others) don't really care much about Epilepsy nor his patient's and their care. It’s not Covenant Health I don’t like they were purchased with St Joseph and I tried to pay my bill on like I have always done and Ihave been locked out of my account. I have called billing department multiple times over last several months and all I get is a recording msg put on hold up to 27 minutes emails I have sent no response Today I called and requested a manager voicemail is all I got. This billing department is the worst.
RecommendedI was referred to the breast center there for a biopsy and the staff were awesome. they really care about their pts. I highly recommend them.
