Went to doctor John Silva's office in Saginaw after waiting 3 months was turned away because I wasn't 20 minutes early even though I was right on time and all my paperwork was filled out online and the app said i was already checked in. There was no one else in the parking lot or waiting room. The front desk person could've cared less. I see this as a direct reflection on the Dr. and on covenant.
