Very slow dont recommend
I had an amazing experience with Miguel, a nurse at Covenant ER in Lubbock, TX. From the start, he was kind, calm, and incredibly attentive. He explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made a stressful ER visit much easier. Miguel truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for. His professionalism and compassion really stood out. Covenant ER is lucky to have him—he’s one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. I recommend him to anyone needing emergency care.
Unlike the ER at covenant medical center, this place cares and are through.
I have had to use them twice for different issues and was extremely happy and satisfied with the treatment and care I received there. Would highly recommend mds and staff!
