I am open to changing this review to be more positive if Covenant is willing to amend their actions. I visited Covenant Urgent Care on Quaker in Lubbock, TX multiple times throughout the course of 2023 and 2024 and gave them my up-to-date email address, phone number, and permanent physical address each time I visited. In March of 2024, I visited their clinic and paid the full copay before receiving their services. An upper GI scope was performed on my child for a simple esophageal biopsy. The total time of the actual procedure from wheeling her in for gas sedation to wheeling her to recovery waiting area, was no more than 20 minutes. We were in the waiting room before and after for over 4 hours, of just sitting. The main issue is the over $21,000 billed for this 20 minute minimally invasive procedure, and this does not include GI and Anesthesiologist fees.
