Had to take my wife in for an emergency situation and was met with wonderful staff who both acted professionally and friendly to the both of us while we dealt with our situation. We left with a full resolution of the problem. Thank you.

My experience was everything I needed. Everyone was helpful and kind and they treated my burn and explained how to take care of it. I have never had a bad experience at the State street Med Express.
I've been here before and had problems, but this was the last straw. I took my pregnant fiance in because she was having troubles. We sat there for 3 hrs just so in the end they can say they don't know and that we should probably go to the Er. They also said they took her insurance. Thats also why we went here. We get a letter in the mail saying we owe them money because they actually don't take her insurance and now we have to cover it.They scanned her insurance card and tried to bill her insurance.
