Excellent care. Husband was in pain and ill unknowingly had a kidney stone. Nurses and PA were professional, quick and helpful. PA correct in guessing he had a kidney stone and had immediate transport to E.R. We are so thankful for the superb care received.
This establishment is a significant waste of time. Their frequently communicated response is, “There is nothing we can do for you." This attitude is completely unacceptable!!
Got brought into an uncleaned room. With it being flu season this is unacceptable. This is not safe.
It’s convenient to have a Ready Med location on State Street; however, use caution when scheduling or checking in. I checked in online at approximately 5:00 PM for an x-ray and it stated the wait time would be 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I arrived, the waiting room was full, and my name appeared on the board about midway through the list. I checked with the front desk staff member to confirm that I was all set. Was able to get in right away when I needed medicine for my bad knee. The nurse practioner was nice and kind and gave me the appropriate medicine
