My experience was everything I needed. Everyone was helpful and kind and they treated my burn and explained how to take care of it. I have never had a bad experience at the State street Med Express.
I've been here before and had problems, but this was the last straw. I took my pregnant fiance in because she was having troubles. We sat there for 3 hrs just so in the end they can say they don't know and that we should probably go to the Er. They also said they took her insurance. Thats also why we went here. We get a letter in the mail saying we owe them money because they actually don't take her insurance and now we have to cover it.They scanned her insurance card and tried to bill her insurance. This place is a joke. Always over an hour wait and this last time I took my son for his foot they said the xray was down, they told me to still check in and they would see him. We signed in and waited then we they called to check us in told us to go somewhere else. When I asked why they told us to sign in and waste our time the lady got an attitude and said well she’s not the one who did it go somewhere else. Not a problem at all. This place is trash
