Unable to get a hold of anyone in their after hours office to notify them about their driver who blocked in a bunch of trailers. Driver is not answering his door, in which he could have abandoned his truck, or even be dead/dying. Fix your phones to where other drivers that aren’t Covenant can contact you, because I don’t have a “Team Number”

These guys are horrible. They care about nobody but themselves clearly as an owner operator with another company. Well I'm sitting here looking at truck 251378 it's a training truck and the trainer is letting the trainee where house slippers while driving and getting in and out of the truck up here at Southwire and Hawthorne Kentucky very bad training
