I was hired right out of CDL school, which was great since I had no prior experience. I understood going in that I would be paired with a partner for over-the-road driving, and I was fine with that. Showers dirty in main terminal dryers never worked well , I would have to dry cloths 3 to 4 times per load.
Good to start with if you're interested in trucking. The problem is that it is a team driving company. With that said, with plus five years in this company they just let me go because they didn't have anything for me I'm my area. It kind of shows that they do not hold their best drivers in high regard and will drop you when it suits them. Probably good for Tennessee drivers, but not so great if you're not from there.
It's a horrible company. When you're away from your truck, they go inside to check your things. They did it to me; I caught security going through my stuff. This company lives off students. They make you run all over the US for $500 or $600. They're just trying to get rich.
