Unable to get a hold of anyone in their after hours office to notify them about their driver who blocked in a bunch of trailers. Driver is not answering his door, in which he could have abandoned his truck, or even be dead/dying. Fix your phones to where other drivers that aren’t Covenant can contact you, because I don’t have a “Team Number”

These guys are horrible. They care about nobody but themselves clearly as an owner operator with another company.
