This gym is the best kept secret in town. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Equipment is clean. Environment is overall wonderful. Love it.
Fitness Center is super clean and they have it all, swimming, heated pool, line dancing classes, outdoor track and my favorite is the dry sauna... they cater to seniors since we don't know too much about equipment, the friendliest staff and front desk always greets with a smile, can't ask for anything else in regards to a fitness center ...oh and they provide towels small and big towels : )
Water aerobics classes are great and always a great workout. You can meet great friends there.
