Had 3 weeks of Covenant Home Health care following my recent hip surgery. My nurses (Meg and Stacy) were very helpful and supportive. They responded promptly to my weekend texts without fail. My physical therapist, Chris, was fantastic. He didn't cut me any slack during our PT sessions, which made a big difference in my overall recovery. His experience with home PT care came through loud and clear. I strongly recommend Covenant Home Health Care for post-op care.
My wife that's on a antibiotic pickline has been running a temp of 100.6 vomiting for the past 3 hrs. Tried calling the 24 hr hotline and all I get is a busy signal. The office manager in Crestview is a well sounds kinda like hitch . Called to explain our dog is 175 lbs American Bulldog and does not like people of color and requested a white nurse and not white with a tan/dark skin and she acted like it's my fault or something. Spoke with Debbie Lasola a controller, who was very rude and racist. I simply had a coding question, in the healthcare community we all should stick together. I will contact a higher level manager.
