This agency is amazing hands down. If you’re looking for an agency who truly cares about their patients this is the one!!!The intake coordinator spent hours on the phone with my grandmother to reassure and answer all her questions. I do not live with her but, I am able to call and get updates of her care at any time. The intake coordinator is professional and compassionate. You will not be dissatisfied.
Please before you decide too go too covenant home care please look at their references..We had a very bad experiences..The only thing was amazing was our Rn too recertify us once..and our wound Nurse she was amazing..other than that this company has people that blame everyone else for their mistakes..
